做不好外贸不是它的问题,是你的问题

曾经看过这样一篇文章:这个社会正在以极其残酷的方式在惩罚那些不努力的人。其中包括但不限于那些不努力工作的人,不努力学习的人,不努力成长的人,不努力减肥的人......这绝对不是危言耸听,时代在改变,如果你不能适应时势的变化,终将要面临被时代淘汰的命运。

I have read an article before: The society is punishing those people who are not hardworking in an extremely cruel way. Those who don’t work, study, grow up and lose weight hard are also included. It’s not alarmist. Times are changing. If you can’t catch up with the changes of the current situation, you will be weeded out by the era.

 

相信很多人的身边都会有这样的一些朋友,从小到大家里生活条件优渥,学习成绩还特别好,似乎不需要怎么努力就能轻松得到别人甚至要用一生去追求的东西。我的身边也有这样一位富二代女老板,家里生活条件优越,而且运气似乎也总是很好。即便条件优越,但她付出的努力却不比我们任何一个人少。正印证了那句:不是你不够优秀和努力,而是比你优秀的人比你更加努力。这不免让我想起今年北京高考状元一番言论而引发的:寒门再难出贵子的话题。虽然观点比较消极,但现实就是如此,条件好的家庭可以为自己的子女提供更优质的教育,而优质的教育带给孩子的是更加前卫的思想,续而体现在其行为和作为上。那么问题就出现了,这个社会留给我们寒门子弟改变命运的是什么呢?

I believe most of you have this sorts of friends who are superior in living conditions and academic record. It seems that they can easily get things without efforts that others should spend their lives winning. I know a silver-spoon female boss who has superior living conditions and is always fortunate. Even though she has favourable conditions, she still makes efforts more than we do. It verifies that you are not making enough efforts but those who are more excellent than you pay more efforts. It reminds me of the comments of a top scorer in Beijing which are about “It’s difficult for a poor family to cultivate a talented child.” Although the viewpoint is a little passive, that’s the reality. A family in better conditions can provide better education environments for their children. Better education environments will bring the kids with avant-garde ideology and reflect on their behavirous. Here comes the problem. How can we, the people of poor families, change our fate?

 

只有不断地努力,即便努力了可能不一定成功,但如果你不努力,你就真的连改变的机会都没有。

You can only keep struggling. You may not succeed but if you don’t make efforts, there is no chance for you to change yourself.

 

阿连几年的销售生涯里,很多客户跟了很长时间一直都没能达成合作。但是我没有放弃跟踪,定期都会与不同的客户保持联系,不厌其烦地给他们介绍公司的一些优势,有新推出的款式也第一时间推荐......总之,时常出现在客户的视线里,不能让他忘记我们。到有需要的时候,客户自然就会想到你。上周我就遇到了一位意想不到的客户主动要求登门拜访,并很快确认了订单。之所以事情看似很顺利,是因为通过我之前的一些推荐和介绍,客户已经非常熟悉我们的产品和一些优势所在,所以不需要太多的重复,在亲眼见到产品之后,就更加坚信了我们的质量。阿连讲的这个例子并不是要证明自己有多努力,而是想告知那些正在努力,但还没有看到成果的伙伴:你的努力并不会白费,当积累到了一定程度的时候,总有一天它会以一种适当的方式回报你。

In my four-year sales career, I have followed up lots of customers but they still close a deal with us. But I didn’t give up. I contacted different customers at regular intervals and introduced our company’s advantages tirelessly and I would recommend them our latest products at once. In general, you can frequently show up in their eyes so that they won’t forget us. When they are in need, they will think of you. Last week I met an unexpected customer who asked to pay me a visit and confirmed the order quickly. It went very smooth but it's because of my previous recommendations and introduction. He was very familiar with my products and advantages so that I didn’t need to repeat that. After seeing the products, he had believed that our products were qualified. I gave this example not to prove how much effort I have made but to tell those fellows who are making efforts but haven't seen the results that your efforts won’t go to waste and when they are accumulated to some degree, you will get rewards in a proper way.
